Key Signs It's Time to Replace Your Heating System
The average life expectancy of a furnace is 12-14 years, so if you’re at or near this time, start considering options so you won’t be stuck with a rushed, last minute choice.
As your system ages, its efficiency level drops and, at around 12-14 years, it will only be working at 78% or so. Each month you keep it, you’ll be putting out extra money that could be going to a whole new HVAC system that’s better for you and the environment.
